    1. Order Processing Time

    • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. This does not include weekends or holidays.

    • Custom Orders: If you place a custom order, please allow additional time for production. Specific timelines will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Domestic Shipping:

      • We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

      • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

    • International Shipping:

      • We currently do not ship internationally.

    4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

    • If tracking is available, you can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

    5. Shipping Delays

    • While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, etc.).

    • If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide updates as available.

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    • Please note that some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your location. You will be notified if any restrictions apply.

    7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

    • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

    • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been shipped and you receive a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • At Beeu Design Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Time Frame: You have 2 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

    • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

      • Custom or personalized orders

    2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

    • Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@beeu.design with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.

    • Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.

    3. Return Shipping

    • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

    • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    4. Processing Your Return

    • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

    • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, etc.).

    5. Exchanges

    • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item. Please contact us with details and photos of the damage.

    • Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges.

    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    7. Final Sale Items

    • Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    8. Custom and Personalized Orders

    • Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

  • At Beeu Design Studio, we take great care in ensuring that your products are packaged securely and arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that items may occasionally get damaged during shipping. Please review our policy below for handling damaged items.

    1. Reporting a Damaged Item

    • Time Frame: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

    • Contact Us: Send an email to info@beeu.design with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    2. Damage Verification

    • Assessment: Once we receive your report, our team will assess the damage based on the information and photos provided.

    • Additional Information: In some cases, we may request additional details or photos to better understand the situation.

    3. Resolution Options

    • Replacement: If the damage is verified, we will offer to send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

    • Refund: If a replacement is not available, you may choose to receive a full refund for the damaged item.

    • Partial Refund: In some cases, if the item is slightly damaged but still usable, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as an alternative to a full replacement.

    4. Return of Damaged Items

    • Return Shipping: Depending on the situation, we may request that you return the damaged item to us. If so, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

    • Packaging: Please ensure that the damaged item is securely packaged for the return shipment to avoid any further damage.

    5. Exceptions

    • Minor Imperfections: Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall functionality or appearance of the item may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. This includes slight variations in color, texture, or finish, especially with handmade or custom items.

    • Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized items may have unique characteristics. Damage claims for these items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    6. Lost or Stolen Packages
